-Accessibility & Terrain Note: Our chalet is perched on a picturesque, steep wooded hillside overlooking Lake Aspen. Accessing the private dock involves a natural, steep path with steps that is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. - Guest Registration Required: Innsbrook Resort is a gated community. All guests must have their names submitted and registered to the main gate security in advance in order to gain access to the property. Please provide the full names of all members of your party upon booking so we can register you before your arrival. -No parties or events - Booking guest must be 25 years old and provide a photo ID upon booking - No smoking on property, inside or out
